Major Building Maintenance Scheduled at the American Village

Due to major building maintenance projects (painting, roofing, floor finishing, etc.) and repaving that have been scheduled, the American Village will be closed on certain days in August and operate on a limited tour schedule the last week of July and part of August and September. The schedule is as follows:

VILLAGE CLOSED FOR MAJOR BUILDING MAINTENANCE PROJECTS:

Saturday, July 30 through Sunday, August 21


LIMITED TOURS (NOT ALL BUILDINGS AVAILABLE FOR PROGRAMMING, BUT THE NATIONAL VETERANS SHRINE WILL REMAIN OPEN) - $5 ADMISSION

Monday, July 25 through Friday, July 29

August 22 through September 23


REGULAR PUBLIC TOURS AND SCHOOL PROGRAMS RESUME ON MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 26


REGULAR CLOSING SCHEDULE

The Village is also CLOSED on Saturdays and Sundays and will be CLOSED on Labor Day, September 5
